INSTRUCTIONS
Brown cutlet briefly on both sises over medium-high heat. Remove. Add
garlic and mushrooms, saute until mushrooms are golden and pan is virtually
dry. Add remaining ingredients and cutlets. Simmer over low heat for about
5 minutes per side or until cooked thorough.
