INGREDIENTS
| 6 | Boneless skinless chicken breast halves | |
| 1/2 | c | Lemon juice |
| 3 | tb | Vegetable oil |
| 3 | tb | Wine vinegar |
| 1/2 | ts | Salt |
| 1/2 | ts | White pepper; or lemon pepper |
| 1 | ts | Garlic powder |
| 2 | lg | Sweet onions; sliced |
| 4 | Red and green bell peppers; sliced | |

| Salsa | ||
| 12 | Flour tortillas |
INSTRUCTIONS
Sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic powder evenly over chicken. Mix in lemon juice, oil and vinegar, completely coating chicken. Marinate for 1 hour. Grill chicken breast halves whole, then slice into thin strips, or slice up raw and stir-fry. Serve with roasted peppers and onions, salsa and guacamole on warmed flour tortillas.
