INSTRUCTIONS
Cook the pasta as per the pack instructions. Drain and toss in the
oil.
Place the chicken, apple, banana, salad onions, cucumber, pistachio
nuts and pasta in a bowl.
Mix together the lemon juice, yogurt and mayonnaise and toss into the
salad. Season to taste.
