Zuchinni – cut in chunks |

Yellow Squash – cut in chunks |

Baby Red potatoes |
|
|
Baby Carrots |
|
|
Mushrooms |
|
|
Onions cut in thick slices; then cut in half |
INSTRUCTIONS

Put the chicken pieces in the bottom of the roaster.
Pour Salad dressing over the pieces
Sprinkle garlic, salt, etc over the pieces
Put all the veggies and potatoes over the chicken. Drizzle on a bit more
dressing and pour about 1/2 Cup water into the side of the pan (not over
the top) Sprinkle with Mesquite flavoring salt.
Put the lid on the roaster and cook at 325 for about two hours. The chicken
will be very tender and it's so easy!
