INGREDIENTS
| 1 | 3-lb chicken; cut into 4 parts, chicken beasts or legs | |
| 1 | lg | Onion; chopped |
| 1 | Clove garlic; minced | |
| 1/4 | ts | Thyme |
| 1/4 | ts | Marjoram |
| 1/2 | ts | Rosemary |
| Juice of 2 lemons | ||
| 1 | tb | Paprika |
| 6 | tb | Olive oil |
| 1 | tb | Grated lemon rind |
| Salt and pepper; to taste |
INSTRUCTIONS
MARINADE 1. Wash pieces well. 2. Combine the ingredients for the marinade. 3. Marinate chicken overnight 4. Cut squares of parchment paper or foil and place 1 piece chicken into each, pour 1 tbs marinade on top and close paper in such a way as to leave some space between the chicken and the paper. 5. Bake at 375 F ( preheated) oven for 55 minutes.
