INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS
2 Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the chicken and cook over a moderately high heat until brown on all sides. Remove the chicken and set aside. Drain most of the oil from the pan. Add the onion and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the garlic and spices. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Combine the sauce mix, water and vinegar. Add to the onion mixture and bring to the boil, stirring constantly. Add the chilli sauce and chicken. Cover the pan.
