INSTRUCTIONS
In a large mixing bowl, combine cornmeal, chili powder, cumin, and salt. Add chicken and coat thoroughly. 2. In a large skillet, heat oil. Add chicken and cook 7 to 9 minutes, turning once, until crisp. Drain on paper towels. Makes 20 to 30 pieces.
