INSTRUCTIONS
Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the chicken livers for 6-7
minutes turning occasionally.
Crumble the crispy bacon into the pan with the chicken livers.
Arrange the herb salad in a dish and add the chicken livers and bacon.
Sprinkle the coutons on top before serving.
