INGREDIENTS

3 lb Chicken parts
3 tb Shortening
1 cn Golden mushroom soup
1 cn Tomato soup
1 Clove (medium) garlic; minced
1 lb Small onions (16 per lb)

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large skillet, brown chicken in shortening. When all chicken is
brown, pour off excess fat from pan. Stir in other ingredients. Cover and
simmer for 45 minutes or until the chicken is tender. Stir now and then
while cooking.
