INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Oil
1/2 c Soy sauce
1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
2 T Dry mustard
1 T Pepper
1/3 c Red wine vinegar, no
substitutions!
1 1/2 T Parsley flakes
3 Cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c Lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients and marinate boneless chicken overnight.  Grill
or broil. Serve the chicken breasts whole or shred for  frajitas. The
