INGREDIENTS

1 | Garlic clove, minced | |
1/2 | lb | Chicken breast, cut in cubes |
1 | c | Broccoli flowerets, blanched |
1 | c | Chicken broth |
1/4 | t | Salt |
1/8 | t | Pepper |
1 1/2 | oz | Orzo, uncooked |
1 | T | Parmesan cheese, grated |
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook pasta according to package directions. In a 10-inch skillet or wok heat oil over high heat; add garlic and Sauté for 1 minute. Add chicken and cook, stirring quickly and frequently, until chicken is no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Add broccoli, broth, salt, and pepper and let cook until chicken is tender and mixture is heated through, 3 to 5 minutes. Serve over hot orzo and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
