INGREDIENTS

2 t Olive oil
1 Garlic clove, minced
1/2 lb Chicken breast, cut in cubes
1 c Broccoli flowerets, blanched
1 c Chicken broth
1/4 t Salt
1/8 t Pepper
1 1/2 oz Orzo, uncooked
1 T Parmesan cheese, grated

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook pasta according to package directions.  In a 10-inch skillet or
wok heat oil over high heat; add garlic and  Sauté for 1 minute. Add
chicken and cook, stirring quickly and  frequently, until chicken is no
longer pink, about 5 minutes. Add  broccoli, broth, salt, and pepper
and let cook until chicken is  tender and mixture is heated through, 3
to 5 minutes. Serve over hot  orzo and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
