Boned and skinned chicken breast halves |
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix the breadcrumbs, cheese and herbs togther in one shallow bowl.
2. Cut the chicken into bitsized pieces.
3. Dip chicken pieces in melted butter, then crumb mixture.
4. Broil on greased cookie sheet 10 minutes each side.
