RECIPES USING ANCHO CHILES (by Diana Kennedy) Mix about 1/2 cup mole paste
with 1 can chicken broth or water in skillet and stir until sauce is about
the consistency of tomato sauce. Add more liquid or paste as needed Add
pre-cooked shredded chicken or turkey meat and simmer 15 minutes. Serve
with cooked rice.
