To all honest and just remarks we are bound to give due measure of heed, but to the bitter verdict of prejudice, the frivolous faultfinding of men of fashion, the stupid utterances of the ignorant, and the fierce denunciations of opponents, we may very safely turn a deaf ear.

INGREDIENTS

4		Pieces of Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
		Italian Seasoning Bread Crumbs
1		Egg
		Jar your favorite Spaghetti Sauce
1	lb	Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Take Chicken, and dip in Egg.. Then coat evenly with Bread Crumbs.. Fry in
alittle bit of grease both sides..on medium high heat. When cooked
thoroughly, pour Spaghetti Sauce over chicken.. Then do the same with the
Cheese.. Cover with a lid... Cook until Cheese melts... Then Serve..
