INSTRUCTIONS
Mix cheese and lemon pepper in shallow bowl. Dip chicken breasts in egg
white and then in cheese and lemon mixture.
Jet Steam Oven: Place chicken on rack and grill at 400°F, fan speed high,
rack use up for 8 - 10 minutes.
Traditional Oven:Preheat oven to 400°F for 11 - 17 minutes. Place chicken
in baking dish and bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
