Chicken Patty With Rosemary For One

INGREDIENTS

1/4 lb Ground chicken
1 T Grated peeled apple
1 T Grated onion
1 T Dry bread crumbs or cracker
crumbs
1/2 t Chopped fresh rosemary or
pinch dried
1/2 t Prepared horseradish
Pinch each salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

In bowl, mix together chicken, apple, onion, bread crumbs, 1 tbsp.
water, rosemary, horseradish, salt and pepper.  Shape into 1/2 inch
thick patty.  Broil for about 4 minutes per side  or until cooked
