INSTRUCTIONS
Boil hen until tender and remove from bones. Reserve broth. Chop fine.
Saute pepper and onion in butter. Cook noodles in broth. Drain. In double
boiler (or Teflon-lined saucepan) combine chicken, pepper, onion and
noodles. Add cheese, pimiento and mushrooms. Cook slowly until cheese is
completely melted.
