Eggs Salad 12 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 Hen
4 Boiled eggs; chopped
1/2 Stalk celery; chopped
1/4 c Mayonnaise
4 Sweet dill pickles; chopped
1/2 c Pecans; chopped
2 Jars (small) chopped pimento; drained
1 ds Salt
1 ds Pepper
1 ds Red pepper
1/2 Lemon; juice of
Pecans

INSTRUCTIONS

Boil & debone hen. Add eggs, celery, pickles, pecans & pimento. Mix well.
Add mayonnaise & mix well. Add salt, pepper & red pepper. Squeeze juice of
1/2    lemon on top & serve.
