Chicken Satay

INGREDIENTS

4 Chicken breasts; boneless, skinless
3 tb Sesame oil
2 tb Soy sauce
2 tb Lemon juice
2 ts Minced gingerroot
2 ts Liquid honey
3 Cloves garlic; minced
1 ts Coriander
1 ts Cumin
1 pn Hot pepper flakes

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut chicken lengthwise into thin strips; thread onto soaked wooden
skewers. Place in glass baking dish. Whisk together oil, soy sauce,
lemon juice, ginger, honey, garlic, coriander, cumin and hot pepper
flakes; pour over chicken, turning to coat well. Cover and
refrigerate for 1 hour. Reserving marinade, cook chicken on greased
grill over high heat or broil, basting with marinade, for 5 to 6
minutes per side or until no longer pink inside.
