Heaping cup souer cream |
INSTRUCTIONS
Boil chicken 45 minutes or cook in crockpot for several hours until tender.
Cook rice in 2-1/3 cups water while chicken is cooking. Shread chicken into
3-quart casserole dish and add rice. Add seasoning packet from rice, beans,
soup and souer cream and mix thoroughly. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
You can substitute mayonaise for souer cream if desired.
