Chicken Squares And Mushroom Sauce

INGREDIENTS

3 c Cooked Chicken, diced
1 c Cooked Rice
2 c Toasted Bread Crumbs
1/2 c Celery, diced
1/4 c Pimento, chopped
4 Eggs, beaten
2 t Salt
1 Cream Of Mushroom Soup
undiluted
1/3 c Milk

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine chicken, rice, bread crubs, celery and pimento. To the beaten
eggs, add salt and broth, stir into chicken mixture. Put in greased
baking dish. Bake 55 min. at 350°. Cut in squares and serve with
mushroom sauce.  FOR THE SAUCE:  combine 1/3 c milk and 1 can mushroom
