2 c Flour
2 lb Boneless chicken; cut in 1 1/2 inch strips
2 Eggs; beaten
1 c Buttermilk
1 ts Oregano
1 ts Garlic powder
1 ts Salt
1 ts Poultry seasoning
1 ts Celery salt
1 ts Italian seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine last 8 ingredients. Dip chicken in mixture, then in flour. Fry in
deep fat fryer for about 12 minutes.
