INGREDIENTS

2 Skinless boneless chicken breasts; (2 to 4)
2 tb Soy sauce
2 ts Honey or 1tbsp tomato ketchup and 1tsp
; sesame seed oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut the chicken pieces into strips. Mix the soy sauce, honey or tomato
ketchup and sesame seed oil in a food bag or bowl.
Add the chicken. Chill for half an hour or so, then grill or pan fry
for 5 minutes each side. Cool. Eat with fingers.
