INSTRUCTIONS
FOR THE TZATZIKI
TO SERVE
In a small non-metallic bowl, mix together the curry paste and
yoghurt, stir through the chicken and leave to marinate for at least
30 minutes. Cover a baking tray with foil and cook the chicken.
Combine the tzatziki ingredients in a bowl, and serve with the
chicken in pitta bread.
