INGREDIENTS

1 T Tikka curry paste
3 T Natural yoghurt
1 Boneless, skinless chicken
breast cubed
3 T Natural yoghurt
1 oz Cucumber, finely chopped
1 T Fresh mint, chopped
1 T Fresh parsley, chopped
Seasoning
2 Pitta bread
Salad leaves and sliced
tomato

INSTRUCTIONS

In a small non-metallic bowl, mix together the curry paste and
yoghurt, stir through the chicken and leave to marinate for at least
30 minutes. Cover a baking tray with foil and cook the chicken.
Combine the tzatziki ingredients in a bowl, and serve with the  chicken
