Chicken Topping For Cooked Rice

INGREDIENTS

3/4 c Cooked chicken
2 Or
3 Tomatoes
1/2 t Salt
1 ds Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Shred cooked chicken. Peel tomatoes; place in a saucepan. Sprinkle
with salt and pepper and let simmer until reduced to a pulp (about 5
minutes). Transfer cooked rice to a serving dish. Pour tomatoes over,
