INGREDIENTS

1 1/4 c Granny Smith apple; chopped
1 c Diced tomato
3/4 c Thinly sliced onion
3 tb Brown sugar
2 tb Cider vinegar
1/8 ts Ground cloves
1/8 ts Ground ginger
4 Boned and skinned chicken breast halves

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine first 7 ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove apple mixture from heat, and let stand 10 minutes. Cover and
chill.
Grill or broil chicken 15-20 minutes or until done. Serve chicken with
apple chutney.
Per serving: 175 calories; 1 g fat (7% calories from fat); 21 g
protein; 19 g carbohydrate; 51 mg cholesterol; 68 mg sodium
