INGREDIENTS

25 g Butter, 1oz
4 Skinless chicken breast
fillets
1 Clove garlic, crushed
4 Spring onions, diagonally
sliced
3 T Freshly chopped sage
Grated rind and juice of
1/2-1 lemon
1 200 gram car crme frâiche
7 fl oz
2 t Cornflour, blended with
1 T Cold water
Salt and freshly ground
black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat the butter in a frying pan and cook the chicken and garlic for
12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the onions, most of the
sage, lemon rind and juice, crme frâiche, blended cornflour and
seasoning. Cook for a further 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Transfer to a warmed serving dish, sprinkle with the remaining sage
and serve with long grain and wild rice.  Converted by MC_Buster.
