Chicken with Mexican Flair

INGREDIENTS

4 Chicken Breast
1/2 c Sour cream
1/2 c Salsa
1/2 c Cheddar cheese
1/2 c Nacho flavored Doritos; crushed
Salt and pepper
Olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Season chicken lightly, and brown in oil. Place chicken breasts in a
casserole dish. Mix together sour cream and salsa and pour over chicken.
Sprinkle with cheese and top with crushed Doritos. Bake at 350, covered for
30    minutes.
