INGREDIENTS
4 | Chicken breasts, skinned | |
and boned | ||
1 1/2 | t | Salt |
1/2 | t | Pepper |
1/4 | t | Garlic powder |
1/3 | c | Flour |
Butter | ||
2 | Small cans mandarin oranges | |
in juice | ||
1/2 | c | Sauterne wine |
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder and flour. Dredge 3 or four chicken breasts in this mixture. Saute in butter until brown. Place in baking dish. Combine juice of 2 small cans of mandarine oranges, sauterne wine and oranges from one can. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
