Chicken With Parma Ham And Sardines

INGREDIENTS

Parma ham
Breast of chicken
Sardines
Fresh herbs
Breadcrumbs
Sea salt
Olive oil
Lemon
Basil
Butter
Sage leaves
Garlic
White wine

INSTRUCTIONS

Flatten the chicken and lay the sage leaves on top of it. Then lay the
Parma ham on and skewer through all three. Melt the butter in a pan
and fry the skewers. Add olive oil and basil.  Marinade the sardines in
a pan with olive oil, garlic, lemon and white  wine. Add the
breadcrumbs, sea salt, basil and marjoram.  Barbecue or oven cook the
