Chicken with Potato

INGREDIENTS

3/16 c Tomato sauce
1 tb Honey
1 tb Wholegrain mustard
2 tb Worcester sauce
1 Whole chicken
6 Potatoes; peeled and sliced
1 lg Onion; sliced into rings
1/4 c Oil

INSTRUCTIONS

This is a delicious, very easy one-dish chicken recipe.

Prepare this dish in an oven roasting tin. A whole chicken, covered with a
flavoursome sauce, is baked with potato and onion slices.
PROCEDURE: Preheat oven to 180C (350F). Spray an oven roasting tin with
non-stick spray.
Blend the tomato sauce, honey, mustard and Worcester sauce. Season the
chicken inside and out with salt and pepper. Brush with the sauce and place
in the oven roasting tin. Surround with the potato and onions slices and
drizzle with the oil.
Cover with aluminium foil and bake for 1 hour. Remove the foil and bake for
another 30 minutes, or until the chicken is done and the potatoes are
tender.
Serve with vegetables or a salad.
