INGREDIENTS

2 Jalapeno peppers, seeded &
chopped or 3
1 lb SHARP Cheddar Cheese, shred
6 Eggs, beaten

INSTRUCTIONS

Sprinkle peppers in well greased 9" pan. Cover with cheese. Pour eggs
over cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, or until firm. Cool and cut
