Jalapeno peppers; seeded & chopped, or 3 |

INSTRUCTIONS
Sprinkle peppers in well greased 9" pan. Cover with cheese. Pour eggs
over cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, or until firm. Cool and cut
into 1" squares.
