INGREDIENTS

8 sl French or Italian bread; cut into 3/4" cubes
1/4 c Olive oil
2 ts Too Hot Tamales chile powder; see * Note
Salt; to taste
Freshly-ground black pepper; to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

* Note: The Too Hot Tamales neglected to include the recipe for their
version of chile powder.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the bread cubes in a bowl and toss
with the olive oil until well coated. Sprinkle in chile powder, salt
and pepper and toss again. Place on a baking sheet and bake until
lightly browned, about 7 minutes.
