Dried red chile flakes |

Several whole dried red chilies |
INSTRUCTIONS
In a saucepan, combine oils & set over med. heat for 3 min. Add chile
flakes & immediately remove from heat. Cover & let stand overnight. Next
day, Strain into sieve, then into clean bottle. Disregard flakes. Drop a
few whole dried chilies into oil for decoration and seal. Store in cool
place. Makes 1 cup.
