From a pamplet I got from Shepard's seeds. Place all ingredients in a heavy
saucepan; stir to blend. Cover and cook the mixture over low heat for 30
minutes, adding an additional 1/4 cup water if necessary. Uncover and
continue cooking for about 25 minutes or just until the mixture is
thickend, stirring frequently. Serve cold.
