From: arielle@taronga.com (Stephanie da Silva) Date: Mon, 8 Nov 1993 12:57:55 GMT From a pamplet I got from Shepard's seeds. Place all ingredients in a heavy saucepan; stir to blend. Cover and cook the mixture over low heat for 30 minutes, adding an additional 1/4 cup water if necessary.
