Chile-Spiked Cauliflower Salad

INGREDIENTS

2 tb Chopped Fresh Parsley
2 1/2 tb Lemon Juice
2 ts Anchovy Paste
1 ts Olive Oil
1/8 ts Minced Garlic
2 1/2 c Cauliflower Florets
1/3 c Radishes; Thinly Sliced
1 Jalapeno Pepper; Halved And Sliced

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl, and stir well. Steam
cauliflower, covered, 1 1/2 minutes or until crisp-tender. Rinse
cauliflower under cold water; drain well. Combine cauliflower,
radishes, and jalapeno in a bowl; toss with lemon juice mixture.
