INSTRUCTIONS
Cut steak into bite-size squares. Place steak in a large skillet and brown
it over medium heat in canola oil. Mix in the rest of the ingredients, and
cook for 15 minutes on low heat, occasionally stirring. Add 2-3 cups of
water depending on desired thickness. Simmer 25 minutes. Serve as a main
dish with beans and rice or rolled in a tortilla. Note: Heat Scale: Mild
