Arrange 5 pounds of your favorite chicken pieces in a single layer on
a large baking sheet. Sprinkle generously with chili rub. Press to
adhere. Season with salt and pepper. Chill one hour. Grill until
done, turning often, about 35 to 40 minutes. Serve with Barbecue
Sauce. Yield: 6 servings.
