INSTRUCTIONS
Arrange the chicken, skin side up, in a baking pan. Season with salt and
pepper. Brown in 350 oven for about 30 minutes. Pour off the fat that has
accumulated in the pan before going any further. Add the rest of the
ingredients; cover pan and continue baking 30 minutes until chicken is
