INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 lb Baking potatoes; peeled and cut into thin strips
1 tb Vegetable oil
2 ts Chili powder
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Dried oregano
1/4 ts Garlic powder
1/4 ts Ground cumin

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and toss well. Arrange potato in a
single layer on a baking sheet. Bake at 450 F. for 35 minutes or until
golden brown. Makes about 4 servings.
