INSTRUCTIONS
Directions: In a mixing bowl combine the olive oil, cilantro, soy
sauce, garlic, ginger and red pepper flakes. Add the wings and toss
to coat well. Marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight. To cook,
drain wings from marinade and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 400
degrees for 20 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown. For
the sauce, combine the rice wine vinegar, brown sugar, water and
chili-garlic sauce in a sauce pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and
simmer for about 20 minutes until thickened. Pour glaze over cooked
wings and toss to coat. Garnish with the chopped scallions.
