Chili-Lime Butter for Corn on the Cob

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Unsalted butter or margarine; softened
Juice from 1/2 fresh lime; or to taste
1 1/2 tb Chili powder
Salt & pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and adjust salt and pepper to
taste. Shape butter into a rectangle long enough to cover the length
of an ear of corn. Wrap the rectangle in plastic wrap and chili in the
refrigerator approximately 2 hours. When serving, roll the ears of
corn across the top of the rectangle.
