INSTRUCTIONS
Roast and peel bell pepper and Anaheim or poblano chili. Finely chop
roasted pepper and chili. Wearing rubber gloves, seed and mince
jalapeno chili. Mince garlic.
In a bowl whisk together all ingredients with salt and pepper to
