INGREDIENTS
4 | Lean pork chops | |
20 | oz | Can creamed corn |
1/2 | t | salt |
2 | t | Chili powder |
1/8 | t | pepper |
1 | t | Instant minced onion |
1/4 | c | Sweet pepper flakes |
1/2 | c | Bread crumbs |
2 | T | Melted butter |
INSTRUCTIONS
Trim excess fat from pork chops. Rub each side with a little salt and pepper. Brown chops in melted pork fat. Place in casserole. Combine corn, salt, chili powder, pepper, onion and pepper flakes; spoon over chops. Cover casserole and bake 35 minutes in 350 degree oven. Blend bread crumbs with melted butter; sprinkle over casserole and bake, uncovered 15 minutes longer.
