INGREDIENTS
8 | Chicken drumsticks*, about | |

1/4 | c | Fresh lime juice |
1 | T | Chili powder, or to taste |
Salt, to taste | ||
Vegetable oil cooking spray |
INSTRUCTIONS
Remove skin and fat. Preheat oven to 375°F. Moisten drumsticks with lime juice and season with season with chili powder. Sprinkle with salt if desired. Coat a shallow baking pan with cooking spray. Place drumsticks in the pan and bake for 30 to 45 minutes, turning drumsticks every 15 minutes, until brown, tender, and cooked through.
