INGREDIENTS
| 1 | cn | (16 oz) sliced beets |
| 1 | cn | (14 oz) beef broth |
| 3 | tb | Fresh lemon juice |
| 1 1/2 | tb | Honey |
| 1/8 | ts | Caraway seed |
| 1/8 | ts | Salt |
| 1 | Whole clove | |
| Sour cream; for garnish | ||
| Chopped green onions; for garnish |
INSTRUCTIONS
In an electric blender container, combine beets and their liquid, broth, lemon juice, honey, caraway seed, salt and clove. Whirl smooth and chill well. Stir just before serving.
