INGREDIENTS

5 1/2 c Cubed honeydew melon
1/2 c Fresh squeezed orange juice
Juice and grated zest of 1 lime
8 Mint leaves; chopped
Spoonful plain yogurt or creme; ¥for topping
; fraiche

INSTRUCTIONS

In a blender combine melon, orange juice, lime juice and zest and
half of mint leaves. Process until smooth and blended. Pour into a
chilled bowl and top with yogurt. Serve immediately, sprinkled with
remaining mint.
Yield: 1 Serving
